Maintain records on outgoing shipments.Assemble and fill boxes and other cartons with items that need to be shipped.Stack and wrap pallets.
Clean and dress boxes.Determine method of shipment by utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, rates, and routesProcess orders based on preferred shipping system (e.
g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)Review freight costs and transportation rates to keep costs down where possible.Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs.
